Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All products purchased through this service (including candies, nuts, beverages, and other food items) are bought specifically on the customer’s request. These items are sourced from third-party stores and are not manufactured or custom-produced by us.

Because of the nature of food products and third-party procurement, all sales are final once the purchase has been completed, except in cases described below.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Food and drink items (including candies, nuts, snacks, beverages)

  • Items correctly purchased according to the customer’s request

  • Items that meet quality standards at the time of purchase and delivery

  • Change of mind after purchase has been made


3. Refund or Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery

  • The item is incorrect compared to the order request

  • The item is missing from the order

  • The item is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery (e.g., visibly spoiled, leaking, or broken packaging affecting product integrity)

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.


4. Third-Party Responsibility

As products are purchased from third-party retailers, any issues related to manufacturing defects, allergies, or product quality beyond handling and delivery must be addressed with the original manufacturer or retailer where applicable.

We are not responsible for changes in product packaging, ingredient lists, or manufacturer decisions.


5. Delivery Handling Responsibility

We take responsibility for proper handling and transport of items up to the point of delivery. If damage occurs during delivery due to handling on our part, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation and product availability.


6. Service Fee

Please note that the service fee (for shopping, preparation, and delivery) is non-refundable once the service has been performed, even if product refunds are issued separately.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with:

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review and respond as quickly as possible.
